ClairDeBois is much more than a classic puzzle
The focus of ClairDeBois is quite different from an ordinary puzzle with a very limited variety of cardboard shapes. The number of pieces doesn't matter much. The peculiarity consists much more in the creativity behind each piece inspired by a particular artist.
I discovered classic wooden jigsaw puzzles a few years ago. They fascinated me immediately.
The journey begins by opening the box when you discover all the various shapes waiting to be reunited into a whole. I also enjoy the wooden smell emanating from the box.
But before you start puzzling, you take some time to contemplate the pieces: some of them are real eye-catchers. You may recognize some familiar shapes, or you just pay attention to the contours and finesse.
The final solving may be a real challenge. But you’ll find enough pieces easy to combine so that you won’t give up before you've completed the whole.
